Welcome to the Climb Out of the Darkness 2020!

You are now a part of the largest international fundraiser for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders! Our event is free and welcomes all participants.

Here are some next-steps you can take to deepen your involvement in the Climb:

-Raise awareness: Tell your story. Share your story on social media using #cotd2020 and #imclimbing or face to face with a friend. Show others they are not alone.

-Fundraising: Share your fundraising page on social media, through email to friends and family, around your community. Ask friends and family to donate. If you raise $100 three weeks before the Climb you will receive a Climb tshirt!

-Build Community: Invite friends, family and members of the community to join you at your local Climb Out of the Darkness event. Share the team page with them (everyone over the age of 18 needs to sign up for the event.

Fundraising is, as always, optional but encouraged.

You are not alone. You are not to blame. With help, you will be well.

The Climb Out of the Darkness is operated by Postpartum Support International provides direct peer support to families, trains professionals and provides a bridge to connect the two.
